Weekly automation in Smartsheets

Hi, I want to automate a column in my sheets. Right now, I have the column connected to a form where people can either free type or click on the drop down. On Monday of each week, I want the drop down list to be updated to include all the free typed inputs. Is this possible and how do I do it? Thank you.
