AND Condition assistance
I'm trying to have the sheet do the following calculation. If the % Complete column of a project row is sitting at 100%, I want the Status Column to change to blue AND type the test "Completed" in the status column.
What comes out when I use the AND condition now, is the following:
If % Completed is equal to 100% and <set condition> then apply this format to the Status column. The AND condition is in the wrong place. Can I get it to occur after the "apply this format" area of the condition statement?

Thats done in 2 places
1. You would set up a conditional format on the status column
if % Complete is 100% then apply this format (which you would use to specify your blue) to the status field
2. You would put a formula in your status field which would be =IF([% Complete]627 = 1, "Completed")

Ok, I am finally just getting back to this to set this in my template, and I'm trying to follow your instructions. I have the first bullet set, but the second I'm struggling with. See my attached picture, but it's not working.

Are you saying the coloring part is not working? Not started is supposed to be white according to your pic

For bullet 2, what does the 627 in the formula represent? Is that the row number? if I go to the Status field, and set a formula to what you have there i get an #UNPARSEABLE. Am I missing something?
