Trying to calculate date and time.
I am looking to calculate date and time to match up to a performance metric.
Example: A work order is called in on 02/01/21 at 08:00 and its a priority 1 call which requires a tech to be on site within 24hours M-F excluding Federal holidays. So i am looking to measure date & time from the moment the work order is called in until the tech arrives on site. Then i can take the total hours and measure it to the performance metric.

Take a look at THIS THREAD. It has a handful of different time based solutions. I do remember working on something very similar to your thread, but I can't remember off the top of my head exactly which one it is.
