How to highlight linked cells

How can linked cells be highlighted and be flagged on a Status column ?

I would like to flag and highlight a row based on the condition that a cell is linked (inbound) from another sheet.

In this example below I have done this manually; I would like this to happen automatically upon creating the cell linking.
