Link cell within same smartsheet

Can one link cell(s) within the same smartsheet? Looks like I can only link from another sheet but not within the same sheet? I was trying to link cell within the text/number column.

You'd reference the cell in a formula instead when it's the same sheet.

Something like.

=Info@row or =Info20

Would that work/help?
