I have two Smart sheets and each have form(s) associated with them.
On one Smartsheet, when a user submits a form, I am alerted by an email from Smartsheet.
But this functionality does not work on the second Smartsheet.
Can you help?
Did you set up the automation to send to you?
Are you testing by submitting the form yourself?
I did not set up automation on the first sheet and form submissions always generates an email from that sheet.
I have submitted the form myself but have not received the email alert that I always receive from the forms on the first sheet.

Double check that your personal settings include to send notifications for your own changes.
