I'm hitting a roadblock and can't find a solution;
I have a sheet database that lists all buildings and rooms within our company. Each of these rooms has an individual employee assigned as the representative and contact for that room. Many employees are responsible for 1 or many rooms throughout a building.
I am needing to create a report that lists each building in the company and a list of all employees who are assigned to rooms within each building. I had created this report from this sheet that accomplishes separating the buildings from one another and the employees are listed out, but because many employees are assigned to multiple rooms, their name repeats in that column.
How can I generate a list from a column with many drop down selections that will ultimately list only those that have been selected? Any tips would be appreciated!
