Include Cell Data in a reminder

Hi guys

 

Just checking as I dont seem to beable to add cell data within a reminder/email. 

 

I.e, say I wanted Row One "Name" to be the name of the recipient in a "Hi [NAME]1, TASK X is now complete."

 

I tried JavaScript way  "Hey " + [NAME]1 + "Task X Compelete" but not sure of another method of doing this.

 

If anyone could help be great.

The emails sent by Smartsheet are not configurable in this way.

 

When necessary, I use Zapier for this (www.zapier.com)
