Report Filter on API generated Field

For several months we have been running an API from FUB that populates 8 different sheets. From there we run a report to filter the information via specific columns. Last week the reports stopped functioning and names seem to have changed. See photos, "Created" no longer exists.

We'd like to resolve this by filtering on the "system" generated date from FUB. However, that is not a column available when we look at the filter. How can we resolve this to mirror the system-generated

date or select it as a filter option?


This is quite urgent as our reports have not been running for 4 days. Feel free to contact me to work through this.
