Unable to access filters on published sheet on mobile (not using the app)

I have a published sheet that I have shared using Microsoft teams. If users do not have the smartsheet app on their phone they are unable to use the published filters available because filters does not appear as an option for published sheets on app.smartsheet.com...

Is there a way to publish the sheet for users to have access to filters on their phones with a published link without having to log in to smartsheet or download the app?

No, there currently isn't an option to use shared filters when accessing a published sheet URL from a mobile device. You can use shared filters on a published sheet link if it's accessed from a computer, just not from the mobile view.
