Can one column take text from different fields?

I created a questionnaire in Forms and am wondering if I can have more than one Field populate a column? My example: we are asking about different types of projects, so want to customize the questions. But we want the answers from those customized questions populate the same column in Smartsheet.

Not directly from the form, but you can have each field populate a different column in the sheet then use something like a JOIN function to pull all of those responses together.
