how to bring entire column to new report

I have master sheet where people update values daily basis. There is column of carrier contain lots of carrier some are repeating. I want to show all distinct carrier list to my report.

I tired to build group on carrier but primary column making a mess.

as you see in in red circlet. I have manually entered carriers in 1st column , i have put formula in 2nd column using master sheet (data source). Master sheet has carrier id but I entered manually. I want to bring carrier id column (distinct) from data source. If someone add new carrier it should automatically update carrier column and counts. I hope you understand.
