There currently isn't a way to send a row to a Whatsapp contact or group directly from within the Smartsheet application at this time. Please provide your feedback to our Product Team (through this form) so they can hear about your use-case and why this would be helpful for your processes!

You may be able to send rows as text messages through third-party integration tools like Zapier (see here), or if you have Bridge you could send Smartsheet rows to Facebook Messenger or Google Hangouts (see Bridge Integrations here and read more here).
