New format MASSIVE COLUMN HEADACHE!!!!

Yay, new look, not that it matters at all. What does matter? Having to go back and respace *every single column* across thousands of sheets because Smartsheet wanted to reformat how columns look.

On almost every single column in our setup, the new column formats and menu have truncated column headings across all of our sheet and reports.

This will take us weeks to go through... this is the single stupidest "update" I have seen in 25 years working with systems.
