Condition

Options

Hi there. I have a sheet with so many rows and columns, and I want to set a condition where if some specific fields are not blank, then that field will be highlighted. I managed to do that, but it seems like i can only set one column at a time. Is there a way to set that condition throughout the entire sheet, not just having to set for each column separately?

Thank you

    Hi Rodrigue,

Can you please take a screenshot of your conditional formatting window? It may help to be able to answer your question. Please block out any sensitive information.

You can have a condition apply to all the columns by creating your rule and select multiple columns (screenshot from one of my sheets):

However, what I think you are trying to do is the "opposite" where you want to select multiple columns for the condition. Unfortunately that is not possible. You will have to select each individual column to set the condition (IE has blanks or doesn't have blanks).
