Automation to remove formula?

Hi,

Due to our need to regularly archive data because of sheet limits on data we often see cross-sheet formulas break. While the value that the formula used to pull is visible on the cell history it would be better if we could set a time limit on the formula, allowing it to display the value after a certain amount of time. Is there an existing process that allows this? Or is the only way to do this to create a row copy/move automation?

Can you use a Move automation to move the records to a different sheet? The move will move the value in the cell, not the formula (according to my experience).
