I need to set a count.

This count needs to count data in the last 7 days and only count data once and not count duplicate data.

my goal is to get a count of the names of the people that have completed the form this week at least once, but do not want a total count of all the forms this week. this way i can say that 30/42 people filled out forms with 56 forms filled out.
