Transfer of a workspace to another SMARTSHEET Business account
I have worked for a client to create a reporting workspace with multiples files and combined sheets. What is the way to transfer this worskpace and its property to my client who has a business Smartsheet account?

Thanks for the reply. But the problem is that I don't see the OWNER option when sharing only the ADMIN choice.
Why can I give an access to this person. Is it because it is not a member with licence of my team as he is a member of another SMARTSHEET company?

You can select the Owner option on the contact that you want to transfer it to. (see below)
Make sense?
- NOTE: The recipient must be shared to the workspace before you can transfer ownership to them. See Share a Workspace for more information.
- In the form, select the current sharing permission level of the recipient and choose Make Owner from the list.

What type the account your trying to transfer it to?
Have they reached their limit in Smartsheet Objects, maybe?

To add to @Andrée Starå 's suggestion of checking the number of items, you will also need to ensure that this user has a license and can own items, as well. The license can be on a different plan, but free members cannot own items. See: Account-Level User Types for Multi-User Plans
