IF AND AND OR
I have question in a grid asking
Is the Risk Assessment up-to-date? which is [Q6] with three drop down option being
Yes
No
We do not have Lone Worker Risk Assessments in place
To auto generate the next cell - need the responses activated as below
Yes - You have indicated that your Lone Working Risk Assessments are up-to-date, please ensure this is monitored on a regular basis.
No - You have indicated that your Lone Working Risk Assessments are not up-to-date, please ensure this action is completed immediately.
We do not have Lone Worker Risk Assessments in place -
You have indicated that you do not have Lone Worker Risk Assessments in place, a risk assessment must be carried out in all areas of work where working alone poses an actual or potential risk to staff.
I am struggling with the formula though, this doesn't work - =IF(AND([Q6]@row = "Yes", "You have indicated that your Lone Working Risk Assessments are up-to-date, please ensure this is monitored on a regular basis.", OR [Q6]@row = "No", "You have indicated that your Lone Working Risk Assessments are not up-to-date, please ensure this action is completed immediately.", "You have indicated that you do not have Lone Worker Risk Assessments in place, a risk assessment must be carried out in all areas of work where working alone poses an actual or potential risk to staff."))
Can anyone give any advice?
