QuickBooks Integration

Does anyone have a process/method/workflow that allows

  • Freelancers/vendors to enter time against projects/task within Smartsheet
  • Link to an invoice function that has prepopulated cost fields as well as relevant math formulas
  • Review/approve the above
  • Integrate the invoice into QuickBooks to handle the transactions

Insights appreciated. :)

    We could probably structure most of it with a combination of Smartsheet and a service like Zapier.

    Can you describe your process in more detail and maybe share the sheet(s)/copies of the sheet(s) or some screenshots? (Delete/replace any confidential/sensitive information before sharing) That would make it easier to help. (share too, [email protected])
