Automation - One Email Per Trigger

Hello,

I have got a very basic sheet setup where my co-workers submit a request via form, and when it drops into my sheet I have rudimentary automation set up to email me "when triggered". This all works fine and dandy. However, if someone submits multiple lines in quick succession, I get multiple lines wrapped into a single email, formatted differently than a single line email alert.

I use these emails as work-orders and I am looking for a way to limit the automation to a single line per entry, ie. 1 entry, 1 line, 1 email.

Is this possible?

I hope you're well and safe!

Placeholders will generate separate notifications when using placeholders with Alert or Update Request actions in change-based workflows if six or fewer rows are triggered simultaneously. If seven or more rows are triggered at once, the custom subject and body will be removed.
