Toggle Buttons for Entire Dashboard?

I have an dashboard built and want 4 buttons to toggle between different possibilities (1, 2, 3, or 1 2 & 3). Is there a way to do this?

The only way to really do this is to recreate the dashboard for each of the 4 possibilities then include a shortcut widget on each dashboard that has a link to the other three.
