Automation: "Copy Rows to Another Sheet" Isn't Working

Thanks @Genevieve P.!! I don't think a Row Report will help me here as the Destination Sheet is feeding into something for another Department. I'm going to investigate the unique value scenario.

AI icon disappeared
I noticed the AI icon disappeared and I am unable to use AI in my sheets.
Why am I not getting a workflow notification email when I trigger the action?
A notification is triggered when I or one other person enters a date in a field. When the other person enters the date, we both receive the notification email; however, when I enter the date, the other person receives the email, but I do not. The other person is the owner, I am an admin if that makes any difference.
Can licensed users from other companies input into our company smartsheets?
As before, we are moving our licensing over to the new plan and we share our sheets with our customer. Many thanks! Jo
