Average duration for a specific type

I am trying to calculate the average time (based on #2) per request type (i.e multiple request types and trying to get the average per type in my Request Metrics form)

Columns:

1. Request Type
2. Actual Days to Completion (this is calculated via formula of date ending - date initiated)

I am not really sure where to start with this formula but any advice would be greatly appreciated.

You are going to want to use something along the lines of...

=AVG(COLLECT({range to average}, {request type range}, @cell = "Request Type"))
