Combining Contact Columns

Does anyone know if there is a way to combine contact columns into one contact column? I have different contact columns for different roles. It would be good if I could combine them into one as well this way I can use that column for dynamic view. Thanks for any assistance!

Unfortunately we cannot currently use formulas to output multiple contacts into a contact type column even if it is set to allow multiple contacts.
