AUTOMATED WORKFLOW NOT DELIVERING EMAIL UPDATE REQUESTS
H i All
I have a file with automated workflows which have worked well from Feb2020 up to yesterday😖
I sent update requests based on certain conditions being met, the update requests table shows it was successful (ie the triggers did work and send the requests) but for some reason its not being delivered to the recipient...and as I said, up to 1hr earlier it was working fine (ie delivering to the recipient)
The strange part is, if I go into the update request column and just hit 'send update request', it goes fine. So works under a direct 'send update request' but not under a workflow automation....Helllpppp!

Have you tried duplicating the workflow and using the new one?
