I found the themplate: 'Simple Performance Review Template' on this Smartsheet website: https://www.smartsheet.com/free-employee-performance-review-templates
But I can't find the template in the Human Resource category within Smartsheet.
Any suggestions?

This is a template that we designed specifically for Excel, it's not available within Smartsheet.
We sometimes design templates in case you need to take information out of Smartsheet.
