I am working on a Marketing request form for outside vendors and am curious if a rule can be applied that a due date cannot be before the form was submitted. For example, if a request comes in on 1/1, the requestor cannot ask for a due date before 1/15.

You cannot restrict it within the form itself, but you can insert a helper column into the sheet that will flag if the date is before the submission. Then you could set up and automated Update Request based on this flag.
