Counting the number of "week's numbers"

Hi,

I need some help on this,

Im trying to count the amount of entries in a row matching certain restriction,

=COUNTIF({week}, ="5")

The idea is being able to count through time how many entries we have in this week,

for instance, in week 5 we had 20 entries, in week 6 we had only 12, etc

Try removing the quotes from around 5.

=COUNTIF({week}, =5)

The reason this worked is because when you wrap something in "quotes" you are looking for a text value, but you have numerical values for your data that you are evaluating. Removing the quotes indicates to look for a number.
