Create Data with Chart

hello- i was looking for the formula to create this chart, i was told i just need to add it to a summary report?

Do you have the calculations in a Sheet Summary field in the sheet? (The total count or numbers associated with each Status). If so, then yes, you can create a Sheet Summary Report to use as the source.

Otherwise, you may want to review this post, here, where I explain how to set up cross-sheet formulas in a metric sheet to create a source for the chart. If this hasn't helped, it would be useful to see screen captures of your source information (the rows) and if you have any current formulas creating numbers/calculations (but please block out any sensitive data).
