Cross sheet formulas
Hi,
I am fairly new in the smartsheet. I have following sheet with various builders A,B,C.
I want to extract column specific to builder "A" in the seperate page.
For example, in the seperate sheet, I want only column "Job no" and "Address" which belongs to builder "A".
I dont want to use report feature for this.
Regards
Rafina

I hope you're well and safe!
It's possible but quite advanced.
We'd need to add an auto-number column in the main sheet and then add the numbering in the other sheet, and then use a cross-sheet formula structure to check for the criteria as needed.
Make sense?
Would that work/help?
I hope that helps!
Be safe and have a fantastic week!

To my knowledge there isn't a formula to do this.
However you can do a report (which I know you said you didn't want to do) or there is an automation to move or copy rows to another sheet. With the automation though it would not be editable bi-directionally so any changes you would have to make on both sheet separately, and it would copy/move over all columns.

@Kimberly Loveless Hi Kimberly, I am suppriesed smartsheet sheet doesn't have any formula for this. I was able to achieve this when using google sheet.

@Andrée Starå I am surprised it's hard to achieve such a simple task in the smart sheet. I was able to achieve this in the google sheet which is free.
