Sumif by Year
The formula that works is
=SUMIFS({Client Termination Worksheet Range 2}, {Client Termination Worksheet Range 1}, "Colby Bolinger", {Client Termination Worksheet Range 4}, NOT(@cell = "Completed Exit"))
I need to add something to this to only show values in a date column which are for the current year.
Thank you for your help in advance.

Try this...
=SUMIFS({Client Termination Worksheet Range 2}, {Client Termination Worksheet Range 1}, "Colby Bolinger", {Client Termination Worksheet Range 4}, NOT(@cell = "Completed Exit"), {Date Range}, IFERROR(YEAR(@cell), 0) = YEAR(TODAY()))
