Report Grouping Blank

Hi all -

When I set the Grouping to be based on the Regional Practice column...it groups, but does not "Label" the groups with the Regional Practice name...

I summarized a column to show that the data is there, grouped, but not labeled...and also that there is data in the Regional Practice column...

I did reduce the # of filters to 2, based on another post I read, but that did not fix...

Any help is appreciated!
