Hi,

is there any way that when a data is captured in a form we can add hyperlink information?

seems that is just plain text and that is not very functional at times. Thanks

Would you be able to describe your process a bit more?

There currently isn't a functionality in Smartsheet Forms to add a hyperlink on top of text in a form submission field. The user filling in the form would need to copy/paste the full URL into a Text field in order for the link to be live in the sheet, like so:
