Can one cell be divided unto another cell
Can the value in the Inpatient YES box be divided by the value in the Inpatient box? It would be 2/3. If so, what formula should I use? Picture is attached.

Are you trying to replicate the Count Layout (Smartsheet 3.PNG) but as percentages?

This is the correct photo for better reference.

Where exactly are you wanting to put the formula? The most basic solution would be direct cell references:
=January13 / January3
-
I would like for it to go into a different data sheet. It would be YES / TOTAL by month
-
Are you planning on running this calculation for additional cell sets, or is it just these two? If just these two, I would suggest using cell links two bring the two cells into the other sheet and then running the above formula.

Multiple cell sets

Ok. Are you able to provide a screenshot with some manually entered sample data that shows exactly how you want these metrics to be laid out?

The data will come from this sheet. Specifically, the ones circled in red. I put them into a formula which calculates the total (the top graph) and the amount of yeses (bottom graph). They are sorted by month and by unit. The end result is to calculate a compliance percentage (yeses/total) and group them by unit per month. I hope I explained that better.

Almost. I want to take the "2" from Inpatient YES and divide it over the "3" from Inpatient, assuming that is possible.

Ok. Will this go on a different sheet or the same sheet?
-
Different sheet. It can go on the same sheet, if that is easier.

The same sheet would be MUCH easier depending on exactly how you want it displayed. My recommendation would be to insert 12 additional columns. One for each month's percentage.
Then in the cell of [January %]3 you would enter
=January@row / January13
Then when you dragfill this down to [January %]5, it should update the second cell reference. Then you can copy that entire chunk and paste it into [February %]3 through [February %]5 and it should automatically update that first cell reference.
