List Based on Date

Hello,

I have a sheet with multiple columns. 2 of those columns are "Name" & "Date".

If the date is older than 14 days, I would like to get a list from the Names as well as the Date.

I don't need any of the other data from the other columns. Just a list with the names and dates of anything older than 14 days.
