Submit Updates for Entries Entered via Form

I have created a form for my team to enter projects we are working on into a tracking sheet along with descriptions and other project related information.

I would like for them to provide regular updates by selecting the entries from a previous week and updating the associated record through a recall function (versus reentering).

Is there a simple way to setup an "Existing Projects" field that will pull the entries and associated data. I would like one of the fields to be uneditable (Project Name), while the others can be updated.

There's currently no way to do this with the existing form feature, but it CAN be done in Dynamic View.

Dynamic View is a Premium (upsell) feature....
