Any way to change the link to web forms so former employees no longer have the link?

Hi, I think this should work. If you click on the web form tab at the bottom of the sheet, and select the existing webform. Click "more" under Preview and edit. Click on the  "Clone" link to duplicate the webform. This will generate a duplicate form and link to send out. After you are sure this has worked sucessfully you can delete the original webform and send out a new link to your existing employees. If anyone uses the original link it will show  the WebForm no longer exist.

It's also best practice to User Management in Account Administration and remove that users email from all sharing - this will remove their ability to access anything in Smartsheet they previsouly had access to, including the sheet that the webform is included on.
