Automated Workflow for Linked Cell Copying
I am trying to create a workflow that, when a new row is created, will copy over to another sheet. Also, when that row is updated, I would like for the changes to be automatically reflected in the second sheet. Right now, I have to link these manually, but would prefer to set up the linking in the workflow directly. Is this possible? Is there another workaround?

I hope you're well and safe!
You can use cross-sheet formulas combined with VLOOKUP or INDEX/MATCH to connect the sheets.
Make sense?
Would that work/help?
I hope that helps!

Thanks for the kind words, you as well!
This was a helpful response and works perfectly for me. One challenge with this I encountered was that nothing in my row was a unique identifier per se -- a combination of the date and other qualifier makes it unique, but the dates change -- so it was a bit challenging to find the right row all the time.
I was able to solve this by adding a new column containing a randomly generated pseudo-serial number as the unique identifier. Hopefully this workaround helps a few other folks as well!
