Some Files are just read-only in mobile apps, some are editable - how to change that

I am finding that, with a pattern I have not understood, that some of my Smartsheets are editable in the mobile app, and some are not (read-only). No logic behind that that I can see.

I thought maybe reports of files are read-only in mobile but no, I have reports I can make changes to (ie. change the underlying sheet) and others that are no editable. This, at least, ties to the original sheets, if the source sheet is read-only the report is too (I think).

I am the owner of the workspace and the owner of the sheets & reports. I am a licensed user.

So:

why are some sheets editable on the mobile app, and some are not?
and how can i change that,

we are talking 2 sheets in desktop app that I "own" and that I setup/configured, in a workspace that I "own". Everything Smartsheet offers, text, dropdown, date, contact name, flag, numerical value etc.

So at face value, both sheets conceptually the same, however when I open in Mobile App, one sheet is "view-only", the other is editable. No idea why.
