Update Solicitation isn´t working

Hello,

I need help .

I use the automation: update solicitation, but is not working anymore. Another automation is working: update approval for example.

If I try to send a update solicitation without the automation, directly in the line, I receive a message that my account exceeded the limit of e-mails.

I use this workflow to send e-mails with the column I need to be fill by my workers.

I have a individual account. There is a limit of e-mails to send in the automation?

First, Thank you for the help.

I check the link you send, and the limits were updated in 2018. I use Smartsheet with this automation functions (update solicitation) normally, since 2019.

This problem started in April, 2021.

I tried to duplicate the automation, created another one, and nothing worked.

I don´t know if the problem is the limit or somethig else that I can´t identify.
