How do I subscribe the enterprise package

Hi, I'm Derry from Indonesia, and me and my team also the owner, are working together to go paperless in all our daily operational data. We're a bird nest manufacturing company, with the size of 2000+ employees, and we only use 5% of machinery for all production process. Bird Nest is a handwork job, so human resources are very important for us, and the data and reports should be as detailed as possible with the right flow and integrations. We are currently 60%+ in our progress to go paperless, but then we're out of forms, we need unlimited forms for multiple trials before creating one that really works. Me and my team have contacted smartsheet team multiple times and haven't got any respond back. We're currently tight on schedule and this is an urgent matter for us. can someone (outside the smartsheet team) or from the smartsheet team, help us with the solution for our problem?
