Formula Character Limits

Hi,
I have an index/match formula searching 36 different sheets for a single input. As you an imagine, this is a very long formula and I think I may have reached the limit for a single cell formula as I cannot continue to add to it. Is there a way around this?
What i'm doing is creating a master sheet in which one formula will look for an employee's email address that may or may not be present in 1 or several of the 36 sheets and return some specified data related to that email address. Is there an easier way to do this than index/match cross-sheet references that will allow me to search all 36 sheets without reaching the formula limit?

Hi @Advm
I hope you're well and safe!
If you haven't already, I'd recommend trying to decrease the length of cross-sheet references and column names if possible.
The limit is 4000 characters.
Would that work/help?
I hope that helps!
Be safe and have a fantastic day!
