    @John C

    Is your B Status Report Range 2 the Week Ending column or the Week Number column?

    I recreated a version of it and was able to get it working properly with this formula:

    =IF([Required to fill out status report?]@row = 0, 0, IF(COUNTIFS({B Status Report Range 1}, [New Team Member's Email]@row, {B Status Report Range 2}, WEEKNUMBER(TODAY(-21))) > 0, 0, 1))

    {B Status Report Range 2} is the Week Number column.

    The Week Number column shows =WEEKNUMBER([Week Ending]@row)

    The [Week Ending] column is a Date Column with dates ranging from 2/12/21 to 5/7/21.

    Rats. I'm stumped. There's got to be something...

    I'm going to create the sheet again from scratch to see if there's something funky with the sheet maybe(?). I'll let you know if it works. I'm willing to try!

    UPDATE: There is something about the sheet I'm working on that is preventing this from working. I recreated the sheets and used the exact same naming convention and it works exactly as you described.

    I will be adding back the other formulas on the old sheet one by one to see which formula (if any) caused the issue.

    Thank you, THANK YOU! I'm so very appreciative.

    @Heather D and @Leibel S you are my heroes. Cheers!
