Counting Formula for status and > date.

Greetings,

I'm trying to create a formula that counts if the status is "Completed" and the "Completed Date" is greater than 12/31/20. Does anyone have an example I could use?

=COUNTIFS(Status:Status, "Completed", [Completed Date]:[Completed Date], @cell > DATE(2020, 12, 31))

Alternatively:

=COUNTIFS(Status:Status, "Completed", [Completed Date]:[Completed Date], YEAR(@cell) > 2020)
