I have 3 reports that are scheduled to go out on Friday mornings at 7:00 AM EST. It is now 8:00 AM EST, and they have not come through to me or anyone on my team.
I forced the system to send a "non-scheduled" email to just myself, and it came in a matter of minutes.
I found a SmartSheets community post from 2 years ago saying this issue had been resolved, but that doesn't seem to be the case now.
Please let me know how to proceed.
