Automatically Export a Spreadsheet/PDF for every unique column value

I'm trying to figure out if it's possible to automatically export a report for each unique column value. Currently I need to export a report filtered for one client, then filter for another client name and export, filter for another client and export, etc. There are 50 clients currently and the number will be growing steadily. We have to export the data to Excel and/or PDF and only contain the information for that one client.

There's one solution I know would work but it would involve setting up a report for every single client with the necessary filter applied. Then set up a recurring e-mail attachment to our project manager. This solution would require a new report for each additional client that gets added. I'm wondering if there's a better way to accomplish this and possibly remove further effort when new clients are added.

Thanks

    Hey @Nathan Grant,

There currently is not a direct feature that allows you to Filter out Sheet data based on specific criteria to export automatically. The solution you have mentioned would be the only way to perform this action.

As we don't currently have this functionality, you may submit an Enhancement Request via this form for our Product Team to consider for development. We appreciate your input!

We typically communicate about new or improved features once they've been released. Depending on the nature of the changes, we announce through email, in-product messaging, or via announcements here at the Smartsheet Community.

At any time, you can see a list of past updates in our Release Notes(https://www.smartsheet.com/release-notes) on the Smartsheet website.

    I hope this helps!
