Is Dynamic view able to send alerts based on field values .

For e.g. : If I have a field “Resolver Name" .Any possibility to ask Smartsheet to send alert to the resolver name found in each cell per case logged? Per my understanding, I am able to create alerts to a group of people for a certain column . Not sure if current/dynamic view have such functionalities

It's not possible to set it up in Dynamic View. Instead, you'd set it up in the sheet(s).

Can you describe your process in more detail and maybe share the sheet(s)/copies of the sheet(s) or some screenshots? (Delete/replace any confidential/sensitive information before sharing) That would make it easier to help. (share too, andree@workbold.com)
