Smartsheet workflow blocked
Hi
My workflow is not progressing past this condition stage.
The 'request an update' allows the user to change the 'initial setup complete' to 'yes', but the user never recives the 'alert someone' email after.

What is your Trigger criteria? (The box before the "Request an Update" in the workflow)

They all share the same 'when send changes to checked'
I need this to be the trigger and then the condition (ideally) allows the workflow to be triggered for the specific product line.

Do you or the user get the Update Request but not the alert?
I'd be happy to take a quick look.
Can you describe your process in more detail and maybe share the sheet(s)/copies of the sheet(s) or some screenshots? (Delete/replace any confidential/sensitive information before sharing) That would make it easier to help. (share too, [email protected])
