How to extract the time from the system generated date & time

I'm looking to extract just the time from my system generated date and time, anyone know how to do that?

I don't remember how I discovered or found this way to get the time, but I hope it works for you.

On the column of the left I have this formula:

=RIGHT(Created@row, 8)
